LOCATION: In the province of Murcia, it covers the municipal district of Bullas, Cehegín, Mula and Ricote, and several areas of Calasparra, Moratalla and Lorca.

CLIMATE: 

Mediterranean, with an average temperature of 15.6 ° C and low rainfall (average of 300 mm. Annually). Another defining element is the heavy downpours and storms that occur in the area.

SOIL:

Brown limestone limestone and alluvial crust. The terrain is rugged and determined by the configuration of small valleys with their own microclimates. There are three distinct zones: one north-northeast at an altitude of 400-500 meters; another in the central part, located at 500-600 meters; and the third in the western and northwestern part, the highest altitude (500-810 meters), highest concentration of vineyards and better quality potential.

GRAPE VARIETIES:

White: Macabeo (main), Airen, chardonnay, malvasia, muscat, muscat and sauvignon blanc Grano Menudo.
Red: Monastrell (main), tempranillo, cabernet sauvignon, syrah, merlot, grenache and petit Verdot.
